Crash on I-80 west of Lincoln

LANCASTER COUNTY, Neb. (KOLN) - First responders were on the scene of a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 80 west of Lincoln, Tuesday morning.

The call came in a little before 5:30 a.m. for a crash near mile marker 390.

Investigators said a Littleton, Colorado man was taken to the hospital after that rollover crash. We’re told he was driving westbound on I-80 near mm 390 when the car rolled.

Investigators told us the man is conscious, but they do not know the extent of injuries yet.

NDOT’s 511 map showed I-80 eastbound was closed for a short time but has since reopened at the Pleasant Dale exit. Investigators said the scene was cleared by 7:49 a.m.

Both Malcolm Volunteer Fire and Lincoln Fire and Rescue were called to the scene. The Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office and the Nebraska State Patrol also responded.
